Do you charge for estimates?

No. For most jobs, we can give you a price based on your description and photos. For larger projects, we'll do a free on-site walkthrough before quoting anything.

Do you handle multiple jobs in one visit?

Absolutely! That's actually how we work best. Bring the whole list. We'll work through everything in priority order and let you know upfront if anything needs to be scheduled separately.

Are you licensed and insured?

We operate within Tennessee's unlicensed handyman guidelines, which cover the vast majority of home repair and maintenance tasks. We'll always tell you when a job requires a licensed contractor. We won't do that work ourselves.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, and card (via Square). Payment is due when the job is done. We don't ask for deposits on small jobs.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

We come back and fix it. That's not a policy we print in fine print. It's just the way we operate. Tell us and we'll make it right.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It varies by season and how busy we are. Small jobs can often be scheduled within the same week. Larger projects may need more lead time. Contact us and we'll give you an honest timeline.
