For more than two decades, Todd has been deeply involved in the Knoxville community, including running Knoxville's Men's Flag Football League for over 20 years and building long-standing relationships with thousands of local residents. His commitment to the community, combined with his strong work ethic and reputation for reliability, is at the heart of everything To-Do Tacklers does.

Professionally, Todd has owned and operated a successful graphic design and web development business for many years, helping businesses and organizations throughout the region build their brands and grow. Running a business requires organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, responsiveness, and customer service, all skills that translate directly into the work he provides homeowners today.

She manages customer communications, marketing, follow-up, scheduling support, and business operations while also helping clients create spaces that feel more functional, organized, and welcoming.
